Porritas Tire Shop

This shop is phenomenal. I was driving to work and struck something that punctured my tire and rim/wheel. The owner cam from his home to the shop, picked up my wheel, and drove it to a machinist who repaired my wheel (welded the puncture hole closed) in less than 45 minutes. The owner then drove me and my wheel back to his shop where his employee repaired my tire and they placed it back on my car so I could get to work. I don't know where you get service like this anymore. All of this and everything came to less than 10 times what I thought I was going to pay. Truly appreciate you guys for everything. I WILL BE BACK!

If I could give Porrito's Tire Shop more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We had two boat trailer tires blow out on I-35, leaving us stranded on the side of the highway. They responded quickly, came directly to us, removed the damaged tires, took them back to the shop along with our spare, replaced all three tires, then returned and installed everything right there on the side of the road. The entire process was professional, efficient, and stress free. They turned what could have been a vacation ruining situation into a minor delay. It's hard to find businesses that genuinely care about their customers, but Porrito's Tire Shop went above and beyond to get us safely back on the road. If you ever need tire service, especially in an emergency, I highly recommend Porrito's Tire Shop. Their customer service, quick response, and willingness to go the extra mile earned our business for life. Thank you for getting us back on the road safely!

This is the worst tire shop EVER!! I am a single working grandmother and I had 2 flat tires I barely made it to their shop and told them I did not have the money for new tires, that I needed 2 used tires. They told me they could get me 2 good used tires for $55 a piece and I trusted what they said. Well 3 days later my used tires started going flat so I took it to Pep Boys which was the closest to me and they told me they could not fix the tire that it ALREADY had a patch on it and it was on the inside rounded part of the tire that you are not supposed to patch because they will not hold!!! They told me that whomever sold me the used tires ripped me off and pretty much stole my money because a good tire shop knows you can not patch a tire in that place!!! So thanks so much for ripping this hospice nurse off, I need my car to go help my patients!!! You made me late to several patients that needed me that day!!!

This business is a serious danger to the public. I was sold a tire that failed in less than ONE hour—completely unacceptable and extremely dangerous, especially with my kids in the car. The only reason I got a refund is because the tire clearly failed immediately, but that doesn’t excuse what happened. The owner’s behavior was just as bad—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No real apology, no concern for safety, and no accountability. Selling defective tires is not a small mistake—it puts lives at risk. This experience shows a complete lack of responsibility and care. I would not trust this place under any circumstances. Stay away from this business if you value your safety and your family’s well-being.

If you want quality tires at a fair price, this is the place. He has tires in great condition. I bought 4 all-terrain tires for my f150 and I am absolutely loving them. They performed lovely in the snow, couldn't ask for better quality and performance at a more-than-fair price .
